I am happy to accept custom orders and some of my products can be personalised. Please note that personalisation always includes extra production time so please take this into consideration if you are in a rush.

I post items usually three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday and within two working days after ordering. Custom and personalised items will take longer. Also during busy periods, my despatch time may be longer, but if there are any delays, I will let you know via email.

You can cancel an order by request as long as I haven't dispatched it. In regards to personalised and custom orders, cancellation is not possible if I have started working on your order.

If you would like your item gift wrapped, please send me a message before ordering. Gift wrapping is available at extra cost for some items. Please not that marking order as gift doesn't include gift wrap, it only means your item won't be sent with price information.

In general I ship domestic orders by 1st class post, which take 1-3 days to arrive. For overseas, I use regular (untracked) airmail as standard, which usually arrives between 3-20 working days, depending on your location. Please note that customs sometimes add to the delivery times as do busy times, such as Christmas. I cannot be held responsible for delays to your parcels due to postal services. Please pay for upgraded shipping if you need your order in a rush or a tracked delivery.

If an item arrives broken or missing something, please contact me straight away but within seven days and provide photographic evidence of the damage. I can then send a refund or replacement out to you. In the case of refund, you will be refunded the full purchase price.

If you just want to return the item for any other reason, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, to notify me of the reason for returning. Please post the item back in its original, unused condition within 21 days and I will refund you the purchase price. You will need to pay the postage charges for sending the item back. Please not that refunds will not be issued for items that have been worn, opened or damaged.
